Head of Customer service centre (HCSC)
The ideal candidate is a specialist who:
- has more than 10 years of experience in CSC leadership position at an international company,
- has a university degree in the commercial field,
- has native Hungarian knowledge, advanced English knowledge,
- knows and confidently uses SAP,
- knowledge of the fertilizer business is appreciated, experience in Sales Force and additional language skills are preferred.
Duties related to the job are the following:
- Organizes the whole CSC of the fertilizer business of the company in a professional and cost-efficient way. Creates standardized processes for all markets by optimizing systems (SAP and Sales Force), workflows and communication with relevant stakeholders,
- Supervises all OTC related tasks in Sales Force Hungary and Export,
- Aligns continuously on production plan and product availability,
- Checks contracts and continuously aligns on corrective actions,
- Coordinates the whole volume allocation process in case of sudden change of production plan,
- Runs continuous reports on proper execution of deliveries to customers and markets and continuously aligns with Sales in case of non-acceptance of customers.
- Is responsible for the data management of prices and volume quotas in Sales Force for Export and Hungary.
