Head of Customer service centre (HCSC)



The ideal candidate is a specialist who:

  • has more than 10 years of experience in CSC leadership position at an international company,
  • has a university degree in the commercial field,
  • has native Hungarian knowledge, advanced English knowledge,
  • knows and confidently uses SAP,
  • knowledge of the fertilizer business is appreciated, experience in Sales Force and additional language skills are preferred.


Duties related to the job are the following:

  • Organizes the whole CSC of the fertilizer business of the company in a professional and cost-efficient way. Creates standardized processes for all markets by optimizing systems (SAP and Sales Force), workflows and communication with relevant stakeholders,
  • Supervises all OTC related tasks in Sales Force Hungary and Export,
  • Aligns continuously on production plan and product availability,
  • Checks contracts and continuously aligns on corrective actions,
  • Coordinates the whole volume allocation process in case of sudden change of production plan,
  • Runs continuous reports on proper execution of deliveries to customers and markets and continuously aligns with Sales in case of non-acceptance of customers.
  • Is responsible for the data management of prices and volume quotas in Sales Force for Export and Hungary.
